Description: Beautiful flaked and polished Adze made of Dover Flint. The bit on both sides has a highly reflective polish that comes from long use that extends from the bit 1/3rd up the blade. These were wood working tools used to dig out canoes and similar uses. In the last picture you can see how these were hafted.
