Description: Here is something a little different and you will not find another one for sale. Maybe never again. Rare 4 groove limestone shapening stone from Lake Guntersville Jackson Co. in northeastern Alabama. Came out of a collection I bought years ago. The man collected in the later 1930's and 1940's when the lake was first impounded. Many socketed bone points have been found throughout the southeast but rarely do you find the stone that was used for there manufacturing. This was taken out of my personal collect and offered for sale. No one appreciate like I do then back in the collection it will go. This is one half as it was broken in ancient times, but it was stilled used in this condition.
