Description: Middle Mississippian (1400 AD.). Nice 'stove top' wide mouth Water Bottle. The nek was cracked upon discovery and has been put back together. There is a design element impressed into the body of the pot of what appears to be the Ogee Symbol that repeats in the cardinal directions 4 times. Looks like a lolypop shape.
Provenance: Found many years ago on private property with permission. Found in northeastern Arkansas.
