Description: This pottery vessel is an absolute work of art from the Ft. Walton Culture, Middle Mississippian Era. Spherical in shape with a constricted orifice. Sand tempered with a flate bottom. Incised with 3 lines just below the lip. The design element is the familar concentric lines but with over a dozen lines radiating outward. The design repeats 3 times around the whole vessel. One a kind and extreme rare to recover a complete example. Collectors grade top shelve item.
