Light Golden Clay
Length: 3 1/4"
Grade: 8
Description: An Interesting Clay in that it appears to made from a broken tip as the base has some thinning, but still shows where it was fractured. Nice length at over 3 inches. The stone was almost overheated as it has two 'pot lids' or 'blow outs', one on each side. Surprisingly the the material endured the heat treating and went on to being fashioned into a relatively well made blade with good symmetry.
Provenance: Found on private property with permission. Hillsborough Co. Fl.
