Description: This long Late Archaic (3,500 -5,000 BP) Hamilton knife is a well-made piece with excellent flaking. The outline or silhouette is classic Hamilton. It's length and pleasing color are nice features of this blade and of particular interest is the fossilized Cockle Shell protruding to the surface of the material near the tip on one side.

Provenance: Found on private property with permission in Suwannee Co. Florida.
