Description: Always rare and highly sought after, this classic Clovis projectile point has "Enterline" flutes running up both blade faces. The halfting area is slightly waisted and the base and lateral edges are ground smooth. Distal end has had a least one resharpening, while both lateral edges exhibit beautiful pressure flaking. A true museum quality Fluted Clovis with heavy patination. Made of raw Ocala Formation Chert that was no doubt, brought down into Manatee Co. Florida, since there is little to no lithic material to work within this area.
