Description: This blade was once very large, but repeated sharpening has reduced its size considerably. Made from Coastal Plains Chert with evidence of a high knapping skill set. One shoulder has apparently been deliberately snapped off to keep a symmetrical outline for this knife. Excellent beveling and still very sharp.
